CCICM & ICE Business Continuity Plans for Coronavirus (Covid-19)
CCICM & ICE want to assure all of our clients, their customers, and suppliers that we have enhanced our already-robust Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to mitigate and minimise any threats from the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic.

CCICM’s BCP is just one of many ways we manage the reputation risks of Data, Financial, Conduct, International, and Services security to ourselves, our Partners, our clients, and their customers.
The company has a comprehensive Reputation Risk Management programme and a huge array of accreditations for world-leading data security and quality management systems.
Both we and our Overseas Agents are long-recognised within the debt recovery sector as operating by far the best policies and procedures for data protection – including the new General Data Protection Regulation – compliance, and governance.

Naturally, there are some minor operational restrictions in place due to the pandemic. For example, for tracing via physical site visits, national field agents in affected regions or locked-down countries are prevented from going to customers’ homes.
