Focus on Credit Management & Debt Recovery
We seek to engage with and support monitors appointed to Moratoriums under the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020. Specifically, our support is focused on all matters of Credit management and debt recovery, and funder support. Areas of focus:
- Monitoring AR performance
- Accelerating debt recovery
- Protecting customer/supplier relationships by agreeing on payment plans to provide both parties with a soft landing
- Overseeing daily uploads of invoices to Invoice discounters and Asset Based Lenders to ensure veracity of their Collateral
