CCICM is committed to making its charges as transparent as possible and offers a choice of services. These include a no win no fee option for pre-legal collections. In certain circumstances we can also add our fees to the debt.
The amount we charge is variable and depends on the type and age of the debt and the location of the customer. This will be discussed fully with you before any collection activity commences.
