It was a pleasure to welcome Beca Brown – Cynghorydd (Councillor) for Llanrug – to the CCI Credit Management Head Office in North Wales. (23/03/2026).
Beca spent time meeting our team, learning more about how the debt collection process works, and discussing the vital support we provide to the NHS. We also shared CCI’s vision for the future and explored opportunities to support our local community — including fundraising initiatives and strengthening help for local food banks.
A key part of the visit was demonstrating how the perception of debt collection often differs from reality. At CCI, we work with customers, not against them — offering guidance, empathy, and practical support to help them navigate the process with confidence and dignity.
