Having secured first place in 2024, CCI Credit Management has once again been shortlisted in the highly respected Collection Accreditation Initiative (CAI) award, reaffirming its position as one of the leading members in professional standards and excellence within the debt collection industry.
This prestigious accolade is awarded to companies whose staff achieve the highest rates of distinction scores (over 90%) in the CAI exams over the past 12 months. CCI Credit Management will once again go up against a competitive field of Credit Services Association (CSA) member companies to retain this title.
The award highlights commitment to consumer fairness, regulatory integrity, and industry best practice, the 2025 winners will be formally celebrated at the UKCCC Gala Dinner & CSA Awards in Manchester on Thursday, 11 September 2025. The evening will feature a Champagne reception and the official presentation of the CSA Awards, bringing together the best and brightest in the credit and collections profession.
