Court Fees Increase on Monday, March 9th
On Wednesday March 4th, the House of Lords approved the motion to increase court fees for civil claims. This was expected to take effect in April 2015 but has been revised and brought forwards. The new fees are applicable from Monday, March 9th.

New FCA Regulations
